Consórcio for companies
Fleet, machinery, warehouse, solar panels and the agribusiness line, with no interest, only an administration fee.

What it is
A consórcio is a Brazilian group-purchase plan with no interest, only an administration fee. Members pay monthly instalments into a group, and each month someone is drawn by lottery or wins by placing a bid. That member receives the credit letter and buys the asset.
The agribusiness line is the least explored and one of the strongest: livestock, machines, implements and irrigation all fit the same logic.
When it makes sense
- The purchase can wait and what hurts is the interest, not the timing
- The company wants to plan its expansion without committing cash now
- There is room to place a bid and be drawn earlier
How it works
- ObjectiveWe define the asset and the value of the credit letter.
- Choosing the administratorI compare the administration fee, the term and the bidding rules.
- JoiningDigital contract and entry into the group.
- Being drawnI follow the bidding strategy until the credit letter is released.
What you will need
- CNPJ (Brazilian company tax ID) registration and articles of incorporation
- Revenue for the last 12 months
- Partners' personal documents
The list can change with the institution and the size of the deal. I confirm what is actually required before you gather a single document.
Next step
Tell me where the company stands. The diagnosis is free and takes fifteen minutes.
If there is a deal that makes sense, I build it and compare it. If there is not, I will say so, and you save the time of finding that out alone.
